BEFORE ANY PURCHASE OR REPAIR IS MADE ALL CUSTOMERS ARE ADVISED OF OUR WARRANTY POSTED ONLINE FOR VIEWING AND UNDERSTANDING. WHEN YOU SIGN ANY INVOICE BY ALC APPLIANCES AND REPAIR YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS WARRANTY

 

YOU ARE PURCHASING A USED APPLIANCE: ALTHOUGH ALL OF OUR APPLIANCES GO THROUGH A THOROUGH INSPECTION PROCESS, WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE THE EQUIPMENT WILL NOT FAIL DUE TO THE NATURE OF ITS USED CONDITION.WARRANTIES DO NOT COVER SPOILED FOOD, DAMAGED CLOTHING, FIRES,FLOODING, OR OTHER PERSONAL EFFECTS DUE TO MALFUNCTION OF THE APPLIANCE. ABLES LOWEST COST APPLIANCES AND REPAIR, THE OWNER OR ANYONE WORKING WITHIN THE BUSINESS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, FIRES, FLOODING, DEATHS, OR ACCIDENTS RELATED TO THE MALFUNCTIONING OF ANY APPLIANCES SOLD OR REPAIRED.

 

PICK UP POLICY READ READ READ: WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU TO CHOSE OUR DELIVERY SERVICE. THE APPLIANCES WE REFURBISH ARE NOT IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING THEREFORE TURNING, TILTING, MISHANDLING, NOT CORRECTLY WIRING, AND INCORRECT INSTALLATION CAN RESULT IN VOIDING YOUR WARRANTY. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU PICK UP THE APPLIANCE AND NEED SERVICE THERE WILL BE A TRAVEL CHARGE THAT MUST BE COLLECTED PRIOR TO SERVICE. HAVING PROPER DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF YOUR APPLIANCE WILL ENSURE THAT THE EQUIPMENT IS NOT ONLY HANDLED WITH CARE, BUT INSTALLED PROPERLY.

 

IF YOU PURCHASE AN APPLIANCE AND ARE PICKING IT UP: YOUR WARRANTY MAY BECOME  VOID AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF ALC APPLIANCES AND REPAIR, IF WE SUSPECT THE APPLIANCE HAS BEEN DROPPED, INSTALLED INCORRECTLY, OR HANDLED IMPROPERLY. WE CAN NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR APPLIANCES WHICH ARE HANDLED BY ANYONE OTHER THAN OUR STAFF MEMBERS. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO INSPECT THE APPLIANCE PRIOR TO IT LEAVING THE STORE FOR PROPER FUNCTION. IF REFRIGERATOR IS NOT PLUGGED IN, PLEASE ASK YOUR STORE SALESPERSON TO ASSIST YOU.

 

OUR 90 DAY COMMITMENT: ALL APPLIANCES COME WITH A 90 DAY WARRANTY UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE. IF UNIT WAS PURCHASED AND DELIVERED WITHIN 35 MILES, CUSTOMER IS ABLE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR 90 DAY WARRANTY. THIS COVERS MATERIALS LABOR AND TRAVEL FREE OF CHARGE FOR THE FIRST 15 DAYS. AFTER 15 DAYS OF PURCHASE OR DELIVERY (WHICHEVER IS LATER), A $40 TRAVEL CHARGE WILL BE ASSESSED. ALL MATERIALS AND LABOR ARE FREE OF CHARGE WITHIN THE INITIAL 90 DAY PERIOD. IF YOUR APPLIANCE CONTINUES TO MALFUNCTION AFTER FIRST VISIT, THERE WILL BE NO ADDITIONAL TRAVEL CHARGES. WE DO NOT SERVICE OUTSIDE OF 35 MILES FROM WHERE YOUR ITEM WAS PURCHASED EVEN IF IT WAS DELIVERED BY US.UNLESS SPECIFIED OTHERWISE.  IF YOUR ITEM MALFUNCTIONS AFTER THE 90 DAY WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED EVEN IF WE SERVICED YOUR ITEM ON MORE THAN 1 OCCASION WITHIN THE INITIAL 90 DAYS, YOUR WARRANTY IS STILL EXPIRED. IF ITEM HAS BEEN PICKED UP BY CUSTOMER AND IS COVERED UNDER OUR 90 WARRANTY, THEY WILL BE ASSESSED A $40.00 TRAVEL CHARGE FOR ANY WARRANTY CALL. PARTS AND LABOR ARE FREE. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE REFRIGERATORS AND FRONT LOADER “STYLE” WASHERS AND DRYERS WHICH ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY WHATSOEVER IF PICKED UP, UNLESS SPECIFIED OTHERWISE.

 

ITEMS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY: COSMETIC PIECES ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY (IE. MISSING KNOBS, SHELVES, LIGHT BULBS, COVERS, DOOR HANDLES, DOOR SEALS) IF A MISSING OR BROKEN ITEM DOES NOT AFFECT THE FUNCTION OF THE UNIT IT WILL NOT BE COVERED. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE CLOSELY INSPECTED YOUR PURCHASE

 

DAMAGED CIRCUIT BOARDS: IF CAUSE OF DAMAGED CIRCUIT BOARDS, ELECTRONICS OR FUNCTIONALITY OF APPLIANCE DUE TO POWER SURGE, MOISTURE, MISUSE, ABUSE, NEGLECT OR IS INFESTED WITH INSECTS YOUR WARRANTY WILL NOT COVER THE ITEM.

 

POWER SURGES: IN THE EVENT YOUR APPLIANCE MALFUNCTIONS DUE TO A POWER SURGE OF ANY TYPE IN YOUR HOME, YOUR APPLIANCE WILL NOT BE COVERED.

 

NON WARRANTY CLAIMS:IN THE EVENT YOUR WARRANTY CLAIM IS NOTED BY ONE OF OUR SERVICE TECHNICIANS THAT THE  CLAIM IS NOT WARRANTABLE DUE TO MISUSE, NEGLECT, NEGLIGENCE OR CONCLUDES MALFUNCTION IS SOMETHING OTHER THAN EQUIPMENT, CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED A MINIMUM OF $40.00 TRIP CHARGE. IF INVOICE IS NOT PAID WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUBMIT ALL FEES ASSOCIATED WITH SERVICE CHARGE AND ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGES TO A COLLECTIONS AGENCY. CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ADDITIONAL COLLECTION FEES FROM 3RD PARTY.

 

CLOGGED DRYER VENTS:IN THE EVENT OUR DELIVERY PERSON INSTALLS YOUR DRYER TO YOUR HOMES VENT SYSTEM, HE MUST CHECK THE VENT FOR PROPER FUNCTION. IF THE VENT IS CLOGGED, THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR THE SERVICE. IF CUSTOMER REFUSES VENT CLEANING SERVICE, WARRANTY IS VOID.

 

DELIVERIES: WE DELIVER WITHIN 20 MILES FROM DOORSTEP TO DOORSTEP FOR A DELIVERY FEE OF $25.00 IF YOUR HOME EXCEEDS 20 MILES BUT IS WITHIN 35 MILES, AN ADDITIONAL $15.00 WILL BE ADDED. IF YOU LIVE FURTHER THAN 35 MILES CONTACT US FOR PRICING AS IT WILL VARY ON MILEAGE. If WE ARE DELIVERING TO A 2 STORY OR MORE THERE WILL BE AN EXTRA $20 FEE FOR THE 2ND STORY AND AN ADDITIONAL $10 PER FLOOR AFTER THAT. IF AN ELEVATOR IS AVAILABLE REVERTS BACK TO STANDARD DELIVERY. PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT SERVICE ANY WARRANTIES OUTSIDE OF 35 MILES WITHOUT A TRAVEL CHARGE OF $40 UNLESS SPECIFIED OTHERWISE

 

(ACTS OF VIOLENCE, THREATS ECT): PLEASE NOTE ANY ANY ACTS OF VIOLENCE, MIS CONDUCT OR THREATS BY A CUSTOMER TOWARD ANY STAFF MEMBER, OF ALC APPLIANCES AND REPAIR THAT CAN MAKE THEM FEARFUL OF A CONFRONTATION OR HARMFUL SITUATION, WORK ENVIROMENT ECT..REGARDING ANY ISSUES CAN RESULT IN VOIDING ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES WITH CUSTOMER AT THE SOLE DESCRETION OF ALC APPLIANCES AND REPAIR. EXAMPLE: YOU CALL US LEAVING A VOICE MAIL THAT YOU WILL MAKE US PAY FOR YOUR APPLIANCE MALFUCTIONG, OR YOU WILL HARM US OR THE BUSINESS IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM, OR TALK TO US IN ANY THREATENING MANNER , OTHER THAN PROFESSIONAL WE CAN AND WILL TERMINATE ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES

 

IS APPLIANCE TOO BIG?IN THE EVENT YOUR APPLIANCE IS DELIVERED AND DOES NOT FIT INTO THE ALLOWABLE SPACE IN YOUR HOME AND YOU WOULD LIKE A REFUND, THE DELIVERY FEE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AND A 10% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE ASSESSED. IN THE EVENT YOU PURCHASE A DIFFERENT APPLIANCE THAT FITS INTO YOUR HOME, THE 10% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE WAIVED AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL DELIVERY FEE. THIS POLICY IS ONLY FOR APPLIANCES WE DELIVER AND DOES NOT APPLY TO APPLIANCES WHICH ARE PICKED UP BY CUSTOMER. IF ITEM IS RETURNED BY CUSTOMER, ITEM WILL BE REFUSED AS ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 

COMMERCIAL USE:IF APPLIANCE YOU’RE PURCHASING IS USED FOR COMMERCIAL USE, WARRANTY IS VOID, UNLESS SPECIFIED OTHERWISE

 

WARRANTIES VS. REPLACEMENTS:IN THE EVENT YOUR APPLIANCE BREAKS AND IS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY, ALC APPLIANCES AND REPAIR RESERVES THE RIGHT NOT TO REPAIR YOUR ITEM IF THE COST OF THE PART TO REPAIR EXCEEDS THE WHOLESALE COST OF THE ITEM AND MAY CHOOSE TO REPLACE THE ITEM WITH A “LIKE MODEL” OR MODEL SIMILAR IN FUNCTIONALITY AND APPEARANCE. IN THE EVENT WE CAN NOT REPLACE YOUR UNIT WITH LIKE KIND OR APPEARANCE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUND YOUR PURCHASE OF ITEMS ONLY AND NOT ANY DELIVERY FEES, TRAVEL CHARGES OR SERVICE CHARGES YOU MAY HAVE PAID. PLEASE REMEMBER YOU ARE BUYING A USED ITEM. WE CANNOT PREDICT WHAT MAY BREAK.

 

DELIVERIES:IF YOU ARE HAVING YOUR APPLIANCE DELIVERED, YOU ARE PAYING FOR DELIVERY SERVICE. YOU ARE NOT PAYING FOR INSTALLATION. INSTALLATIONS PROVIDED ARE DONE AS A COURTESY. (GRATUITIES ARE APPRECIATED) WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE NOR DO WE ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY IN THE EVENT ANY DAMAGE IS CAUSED DUE TO THE INSTALLATION OR REMOVAL OF YOUR APPLIANCE. BY SIGNING THIS WAIVER YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND MAY CHOOSE TO INSTALL THE APPLIANCE BY A PROFESSIONAL. ALC APPLIANCES AND REPAIR DOES NOT CLAIM TO BE PROFESSIONAL INSTALLERS. IN THE EVENT WE ARE UNABLE TO INSTALL YOUR APPLIANCE THROUGH NO FAULT OF OUR OWN, ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL APPLY IF WE MUST RETURN FOR ANY REASON.

 

RESTOCKING FEES:IN THE EVENT YOU PURCHASE AN ITEM AND REFUSE TO TAKE POSSESSION PRIOR TO AN APPOINTMENT BEING ARRANGED A 10% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE REMOVED FROM YOUR ENTIRE PURCHASE PRICE AND THE REMAINDER WILL BE REFUNDED. ONCE AN APPOINTMENT IS MADE FOR DELIVERY, YOUR DELIVERY FEE WILL BE SURRENDERED IN ADDITION TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.

 

PROPERTY DAMAGE:FOR ANY REASON IF YOU FEEL YOUR FLOORS, WALLS OR PERSONAL PROPERTY MAY GET DAMAGED PLEASE ASK US TO DROP THE ITEM OFF AND NOT INSTALL. PLEASE REMEMBER, WE ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL INSTALLERS AND ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED DURING A DELIVERY OR REMOVAL OF AN APPLIANCE. PLEASE ALSO NOTE: APPLIANCES ARE HEAVY AND MAY CAUSE DAMAGE TO CARPET, WOOD AND OTHER NICE FINISH FLOORS WHILE BEING MOVED WITH A HAND TRUCK.

 

ICE MAKERS: ICE MAKERS ARE COVERED FOR THE FIRST 15 DAYS  AND ARE NOT COVERED IN THE 90 DAY WARRANTY.

 

PURCHASES UNDER $150.00: PURCHASES UNDER $150 COME WITH A 7 DAY WARRANTY ONLY UNLESS ADDITIONAL COVERAGE IS PURCHASED.  

 

PURCHASING AN UNSEEN APPLIANCE: PURCHASER HAS THE RIGHT TO PHYSICALLY SEE ALL APPLIANCES BEFORE PURCHASING OVER THE PHONE OR ONLINE. PHOTOS MAY NOT DEPICT AN ACCURATE REPRESENTATION OF ITEM. IN THE EVENT YOU CHOOSE TO REJECT THE ITEM UPON ARRIVAL, YOU MAY RECEIVE A REFUND MINUS A 20% RESTOCKING FEE AND DELIVERY CHARGE.

 

NARROW OPENINGS:IN THE EVENT YOUR ENTRANCE OR OPENING TO WHEREVER YOUR APPLIANCE NEEDS TO GO, OUR DELIVERY STAFF RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT INSTALLATION AND MAY OPT TO ASSIST IN REMOVING DOOR AT FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE. IF REFRIGERATOR DOOR MUST BE DISMANTLED IN ORDER TO FIT THROUGH AN OPENING, ADDITIONAL FEES MAY APPLY.

 

RELOCATION:IN THE EVENT YOU RELOCATE YOUR APPLIANCE/S TO ANOTHER RESIDENCE, WITHOUT THE ASSISTANCE OF OUR DELIVERY TEAM, WARRANTY IS VOID.

SANITATION:ALTHOUGH WE DO OUR BEST TO DISINFECT AND SANITIZE ALL OF OUR APPLIANCES, WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE THE APPLIANCES WILL BE CLEANED TO CUSTOMERS EXPECTATIONS. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU CLEAN AND SANITIZE YOUR APPLIANCE ONCE THEY ARRIVE TO YOUR HOME.

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL:IN FEW CASES A REFUND VALIDATED. ONLY AT THE DISCRETION OF THE OWNERS OR MANAGERS WILL A REFUND BE GIVEN.
